April 15/07. CHAOS!! Tour of the Fireflies 2007 produced more than 5000 cyclist ranging from 5 to 70+ year old individuals. Firefly Brigade (http://www.fireflybrigade.org/) promotes this annual pre-summer activity to raise awarenes on bike commuting, air pollution control and even Global Warming awareness (one bike on the road is one less car). One picture I was with some greenpeace staff, wearing 'Go Renewable Energy' as part of their Global Warming awareness campaign. So - buy your bike, join us next year!! (photo courtesy of Eco Rescue).
